You will own onboarding. In five business days you take a new customer from zero sources to night coverage switched on, with their noise tuned out.
You will also run the 48-hour threat reviews that most customers start with.
What you bring
Two or more years in a technical customer role at a security or infrastructure company
Hands-on with at least two of Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and AWS
Good judgment about when to say no
Travel about four days a quarter
