Who we are
Wardell, Inc. (“Wardell”, “we”) provides threat detection and response software and services. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our product, why, and what you can do about it. This is demo text for a Framer template; replace it with a policy reviewed by your counsel.
What we collect
Contact details you send us through forms or email, such as your name, work email and company.
Usage data from this website, such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cross-site cookies.
Customer security data, such as the log events you connect to Wardell. We process this only to deliver the service you signed up for, under our data processing agreement.
How we use it
To reply to you, to run and secure the service, to meet our contracts and legal duties, and to improve the product. We never sell personal information and we do not use customer log data to train models for other customers.
Where it is stored
Customer data stays in the region you choose: Oregon or Virginia in the US, or Frankfurt in the EU. Website data is stored in the US.
How long we keep it
Log data is kept for the history length of your plan, then deleted. Contact details are kept for as long as we are talking to you and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@wardellhq.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and email customers 30 days before the change takes effect.
