Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Wardell website and service. By creating an account or signing an order form, you agree to them on behalf of your company. This is demo text for a Framer template; replace it with terms reviewed by your counsel.
The service
Wardell provides software that reads your security logs, groups alerts into cases and, on plans that include it, analyst coverage outside your business hours. We will describe material changes to the service in our changelog.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, for giving Wardell only the access it needs, and for pre-approving the containment actions our analysts may take on your behalf.
Fees and billing
Fees are listed on the pricing page or in your order form, in US dollars, per monitored employee. Yearly plans are billed in advance. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled.
Confidentiality and data
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information private. Our handling of your data is covered by the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Warranties and liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. No security product catches every attack, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
Ending the agreement
Either party may end the agreement at the end of a billing term. You can export your data for 30 days after it ends, after which we delete it.
