You will be the person our customers trust at 3 am. You take pages, work cases from the first alert to containment, and write a hand-off the customer's team can act on at 8 am.
Shifts run four nights on, four nights off, with two analysts on every night so nobody works a case alone.
What you bring
Two or more years in a SOC or incident response role
Comfort with Okta, Microsoft 365 and AWS logs
Clear, calm writing
Night shift differential of 15 percent on top of base
